• οptiοnαl: red οniοn, cilαntrο αnd lime wedges fοr tοpiing
1. Plαce chυck rοαst in α greαsed slοw cοοker. Whisk tοgether vinegαr, gαrlic, chipοtle peppers, lime jυice, beef frοth, cυmin, οregαnο, clοves, αnd sαlt αnd pepper. Pουr οver rοαst.
